Our lives are complicated.  Too many details to remember, too many bills, too many people pulling us every which way.   This class is designed specifically for us to get back to joy.  Through guided excercises designed specifically to bring joy and playfulness, this class will be a welcome break from the every day.  Ideal for anyone looking to light their inner child's fire, bring out their creativity, or just take time for themselves, this class WILL have you laughing.

 

When: Thursdays for 6 weeks 6-8pm starting October 2nd.  This class is limited, if it fills another will be offered Wednesdays beginning October 8th

How much: $200 for new students $175 for returning students
