About Rachel.
In addition to stage, commercial, film and voice over acting for more than 20 years, Rachel Flehinger has been teaching performance for 13 years. Currently a morning personality on WPOR 101.9, she started her teaching career in New York City and is now proud to call Maine her home. Since beginning teaching, she has had the privilege of seeing students on film, Broadway, and stage throughout the country, and on television as well.
As her career advanced so did Rachel's desire to help her students translate the skills they learned inside her classroom to the world outside. Students who were previously shy, reserved, fearful of failure or resistant to change saw themselves making real progress. So began InnerAction. Using custom programs, exercises, and relaxation techniques, Rachel has brought freedom from the inner critic from inside the acting arena to the world beyond. Bringing her unique humor, sense of comfort, and infectious joy, Rachel has traveled to numerous cities helping those who need it to breathe a little easier and live with less fear of failure.
